Individual and Marriage Counselor

Fee:  $75.00 per session

Although my license allows me to accept insurance, I have chosen not to panel with insurance companies for the sake of privacy and to eliminate third party interference in treatment. I will be happy to provide you with a superbill so that you may pursue reimbursement on your own. Payment will be accepted by cash or check at the beginning of each session. There will be a $25.00 fee for returned checks and all accounts must be settled for consecutive sessions to continue.

Scheduling, Cancelations, and Emergencie

If for any reason you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise you will be financially responsible for the missed appointment because the session times are reserved specifically for you. An unexpected missed appointment deprives others of an opportunity to schedule at that time.

Fees are set at a flat rate per 50 minute session. If you arrive late for your session we will work with the remaining time and you will be charged for a full session.

Voice mail messages are private and phone calls will be returned between appointments or at the end of the day. I am not equipped to recieve emergency phone calls. In case of emergency please call 911.
